Overnight Nanny
It is essential that both parents rest to recover in the first months after childbirth and a few nights of overnight help can make all the difference. No worries! I specialize in infant care and have even helped mothers with twins and multiples get the rest needed to revive.
Birth Groove
I have classes both group and private that will encourage prenatal health and better pre-labor fetal positioning for successful birthing. By dancing and moving to music together, spirits are lifted and labor mobility will be so much better, especially when the time to birth is near!
Partner Coaching
Whether you are having a hospital or home birth, coaching your labor partner can give the entire labor experience that security that a woman needs to get through labor working together with the one she trusts the most. I have helped many birth partners be there for mother with comfort and support tips from my experience in birth.
Belly Binding
A few weeks afer a birth, the best recovery for postpartum belly and for mother is compression. This particular muslin binding technique will aid in expelling excess birth fluids, pull the abdominal muscles together for healing, and support a mother's posture for more successful breastfeeding. I can teach this wrap once to you and then simply come back if you need me to:)
Birth Photo & Film
Capturing the birth and all the precious moments before and after is an amazing service for me to be able to provide. As a woman with a degree in Digital Media, I can take photos and video either separately from your birth team or as your Doula during your birth. From my work I can create lasting memories in a short film for you and your family. to share.
